Multi-Instrument Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Service Description

For 1-4 people. Immerse yourself in the healing tones of the 432 hertz crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments. The sound bath journey is for deep relaxation, stress relief, fascia release, enhanced sleep, release of emotions, balancing of chakras, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system and aligning mind, body & spirit. Through the use of the crystal sound bowls & other instruments, the practitioner helps you to be fully present in the moment & go deeper into a state of relaxation. The tones, frequencies and different notes correspond with different aspects of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies and can assist in bringing to the surface any emotions or experiences that are ready to be processed at that moment in time. The practitioner/facilitator holds space during the sound bath where you can begin to process them by helping you to feel deeply into yourself and if you so choose, to explore the shadow aspects that may be holding you back in life and then moving into the light to awaken and to heal within yourself. The process allows the sound bath experience to integrate into the psyche and come to a balanced energy or balanced state of mind. Whether you just need deep relaxation & stress relief or are seeking to process experiences & feelings for healing, you will have an incredible journey through sound. This session is 45-60 minutes.
